Belron UK Limited is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead multi-site teams across Edinburgh, Dundee, Perth and Stirling, with regular travel between sites.

The role is full-time and permanent, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

You will drive operational excellence, coach teams of 15-25, deliver onboarding, recruit and plan headcount, and ensure safe, high-quality customer service.

A full UK driving licence is required and a strong track record in change and continuous improvement
