Overview

As a Global Centre of Excellence - Business Analysis Lead at Belron International Ltd, you will work within the Data Led Decisions (DLD) team responsible for spearheading the development, governance, and execution of best business analysis practices globally. This leadership role involves setting standards, career paths, delivering training and development programs, enhancing capability, ensuring quality and consistency, and promoting value-driven analysis across all regions within Belron\'s Business Units. The CoE Lead will work closely with Business Analysts, Data Engineers, Product Owners, Data Governance Analysts, Tableau Developers and Business Stakeholders to ensure business needs are accurately captured, translated, and addressed within data initiatives in line with DLD & Transformation Roadmap strategic goals, Product Vision and definition.

  • Responsibilities Define with stakeholders problem statements and create strategies to solve those challenges.
  • Define product scope and create a high-level requirements and roadmap for the product.
  • Accountable for the end-to-end product lifecycle, using industry-wide frameworks such as a PLM for data products, from ideation to launch, enhancements, stabilisation and creation of real business adoption; development of the support model and transition into BAU.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and data insights to identify opportunities for new data products and enhancements.
  • Product Budgets Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our data infrastructure and capabilities.
  • Create business cases and manage budgets associated with delivery of the data products.
  • Product Delivery Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the business (e.g., digital teams, commercial and customer teams) including data modellers, engineers, business analysts and data governance.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Management of stakeholders Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Driving value Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement; stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data product management.
  • Leadership Lead a team of Business Analysts and Data Modellers, who are clear about their objectives, and role-model the Belron Way of Performance.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, ensuring a strong pipeline of technology talent through robust talent and succession planning.
  • Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to ensure constant skill development.
