Overview
The cyber security education and awareness team are responsible for developing and delivering the training and awareness programme across Belron to bring security top of mind for everyone in the business.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Education & Awareness calendar to ensure all activities are on track across the business - following up with business units that need some additional support as appropriate.
- Prepare phishing and training campaigns using our Information Security platform (training provided).
- Attend related user group meetings as necessary.
- Present to new Belron International employees as part of the IT/Cyber Security induction.
- Contribute to other team activities including communication campaigns, notices for our whiteboards and collateral for our global community channel.
- Support the day-to-day running of the programme, collecting and presenting data using Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint for monthly and ad hoc reports, analyzing the data to inform the programme, administering phishing and training campaigns, handling requests from business units and managing the Security Awareness Calendar.
- Prepare reports on the information security activities being carried out by the team, using Excel, PowerBI and PowerPoint to gather insights to feed into the programme and improve staff knowledge of information security.
