Fortnightly travel to Bardon, LeicestershireSalary: £42,000 + annual company performance related bonus up to 20% + private medical + 33 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays + employer pension contribution up to 10%Are you an experienced Facilities Manager who thrives on building strong relationships, leading high-performing teams and delivering exceptional workplace experiences?Reporting to the Head of Property, the role leads Facilities, Reception and Central Services, ensuring high standards of service delivery, compliance and operational performance. The role also provides facilities management support to the Bardon Distribution Centre and contributes to Belron UK's sustainability objectives.This is a hands-on, customer-focused position requiring a visible workplace presence, strong stakeholder management and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.What you'll be doingLeading and developing a team of 4 across Facilities, Reception and Central ServicesManaging outsourced FM contracts and supplier performance across cleaning, catering, security and maintenance servicesActing as the key facilities contact for stakeholders from frontline teams through to senior leadershipEnsuring compliance with health & safety, statutory maintenance and workplace standardsDriving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance colleague and visitor experienceSupporting facilities operations at our Bardon Distribution Centre and other UK locationsWhat we're looking forProven Facilities Management experience within a corporate or multi-site environmentIOSH-qualified (or equivalent)Strong experience managing FM suppliers, contracts and service deliveryExcellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levelsExperience leading customer-facing or workplace support teamsA proactive, hands-on leader who takes ownership and delivers resultsWhy join us?At Belron UK, we are committed to creating safe, inspiring and effective workplaces that enable our people to deliver exceptional service to customers every day.This role offers the opportunity to lead facilities, workplace services, reception and central services at our Priory Park Head Office, while supporting a key operational distribution site and helping to shape an excellent colleague and customer experience.-Accessibility: We make every effort to make our web presence accessible t o all.
