Job Summary

The UK Distribution Centre in Bardon, Leicestershire plays a key role in the overall supply chain, handling high volumes of goods across the UK and Ireland and delivering to Autoglass® and Laddaw® branches as well as external customers.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Handle vehicle glass in the warehouse in line with Belron UK Ltd quality and safety standards to maintain stock quality and minimise loss.
  • Use a Low Level Order Picker (LLOP) to move stock efficiently and safely.
  • Follow Health & Safety requirements, including manual handling equipment checks and regular self-risk assessments.
  • Report any issues that arise while out on deliveries or in the warehouse so they can be resolved.
  • Support stocktakes by physically counting stock and reconciling with the system to ensure accuracy.
  • Promote and undertake waste recycling to support the business’s societal responsibilities.
  • Comply with all internal and external processes and legal requirements, including Standard Operating Procedures, GDPR, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO18001, and daily MHE checks.
