Belper Health Hub is growing — we’re opening new premises and expanding our services to meet increasing demand in the local community. We’re looking for passionate, skilled, and motivated Sports Therapists to join our dynamic team.

What We’re Looking For
You are someone who:
- Is passionate about helping people and improving quality of life through movement and recovery.
- Believes in health promotion, both physical and mental.
- Sports injury and MSK experience (preferred) – Newly qualified applicants with confidence and independence are welcome to apply.
- Possesses excellent manual therapy skills.
- Holds a Sports Massage qualification (desirable).
- Has experience or interest in teaching group classes and Pilates – APPI qualification is a bonus. Willing to undertake training to teach classes and complete self-practice.
- Has excellent people skills and is friendly, warm, and welcoming – you\'ll often be the first point of contact for clients.
- Is confident supporting front of house and reception duties, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience.
- Manage a caseload of sports injuries and sports massage clients
- Excellent communication skills, communication clearly and professionally to clients.
- Works collaboratively and is happy to refer clients to other health professionals within the team when needed – we believe in integrated, multi-disciplinary care. Paid commission for inter-team or class referrals.
- Is happy to participate in team meetings, in-service training, and contribute to continuous service improvement.
- Is enthusiastic about supporting social media content and marketing to help promote the practice, grow awareness, and promote health education.
- Is open to and excited about ongoing professional development – we offer funded training and encourage growth. Commit to complete an in house structured learning contract, minimum term applies.
- Is inspired, creative, and full of ideas to help us build a truly exceptional community health and well-being centre.
