Beloy is a dynamic, fast-growing Insurtech broker backed by leading institutional investors. Headquartered in Paris and London, we design, deliver, and manage embedded insurance programs across global markets.

What we do: Embed insurance directly into the digital ecosystems of our clients - creating value for their platform and their customers. We enable simple and seamless protection.

Target Sectors:

  • Motor / OEM: Building embedded insurance solutions for OEMs and vehicle distributors, leasing & fleet providers, BEV fleets and sharing platforms, micromobility providers and salary sacrifice schemes.
  • Lifestyle & Financial Services: Embedding protection products across the future of work, partnering with digital platforms that offer ride-hailing, food delivery, freelance and gig-economy services.

Your Mission: Beloy is in rapid growth mode – and we need a high-energy, quota-crushing sales hunter to help us scale fast. Your job is simple: Open doors, win enterprise partnerships, and drive new revenue. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from identifying and targeting strategic prospects, to building relationships, shaping propositions and closing complex B2B deals. This is not an account management role. It’s a front-line growth role for someone who loves prospecting, pitching and winning. We’re looking for a commercial leader with deep experience in at least one of our core verticals and a proven ability to land large, multi-stakeholder partnerships in the UK and EU.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Build a high-quality enterprise pipeline from scratch.
  • Win platform, enterprise and OEM partnerships.
  • Drive measurable revenue growth.
  • Help establish Beloy as the go-to embedded insurance partner in our chosen markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Growth (Primary Focus): Relentless prospecting and hunting – identifying, targeting and engaging enterprise customers. Building and managing a high-velocity sales pipeline. Leading end-to-end deal cycles from first meeting to signed contract. Consistently hitting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Go-To-Market Execution: Execute targeted GTM strategies for priority sectors. Shape compelling propositions for specific customer segments. Work closely with Product, Risk and Ops to tailor solutions that win. Build senior relationships across C-suite, product, risk and procurement. Own commercial negotiations and close high-value, long-cycle deals. Align insurers and internal stakeholders to support new programs. Help translate customer needs into scalable insurance solutions. Track competitors, trends and regulatory changes. Identify emerging opportunities and new verticals.
  • Performance Ownership: Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM discipline. Track KPIs and drive corrective actions. Take full ownership of personal sales targets.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: 5+ years in a true hunting role, selling B2B enterprise or SaaS solutions. Demonstrable success in one of our target sectors. A proven record of building pipeline from cold, opening new logos, and closing large, complex deals. Experience selling to platforms, OEMs, fintechs, fleets or digital marketplaces is ideal. Insurance experience is helpful but not essential.
  • Mindset: True hunter mentality – driven by winning new business. Entrepreneurial and self-starting. Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change. High energy, resilient and target obsessed. Collaborative team player who can also operate independently.
  • Communication: Fluent English (written and spoken). Additional European languages a strong plus.

We’re looking for someone who wakes up every day thinking: “Who can I win next?” If that sounds like you then we want to talk.
