About Us

We are ICE BAR London, opened 15 years ago, located in Soho, just off Regent Street. Our extensive offering includes: ICE experience that is renewed annually with new theme & sculptures; The Fire Bar, our world famous cocktail bar; 'YUU Kitchen', our pan-Asian style restaurant offering.

Position

We are looking for a brilliant sales person to join our young dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • The role reports directly to senior members of the company.
  • Represent the ICE BAR London to the outside world in a professional, polite manner.
  • Sell parties and experiences, focusing on hospitality and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and CRM usage.
  • Manage day‑to‑day sales tasks independently without micromanagement.

Requirements

  • Fun and approachable personality with a can‑do attitude.
  • Proven track record in a similar sales position, minimum 2 years in the hospitality industry.
  • Smiley and professional; well‑groomed and appropriately dressed.
  • Computer literate with ability to work with basic CRM packages.
  • Organised, detail‑oriented with reporting skills.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and clear communication.
