We are ICE BAR London, we opened our doors here 15 years ago and have been still going strong. We have three main areas to our extensive offering: Our ICE experience that is renewed annually with new themes & sculptures; The Fire Bar, our world-famous cocktail bar; and YUU Kitchen, our pan-Asian style restaurant offering.

There is an opportunity for a brilliant sales person to join our young dynamic team. We are situated in the heart of Soho, just off Regent Street. We offer great remuneration and a great BONUS package for the right person.

Here is what we are looking for:

  • A fun and approachable personality, with a can-do attitude
  • Someone with a proven track record in a similar position, ideally 2 years in sales
  • Smiley & professional as you represent us to the outside world
  • Computer literate, training provided but able to cope with basic CRM packages
  • Understanding of Hospitality, as you will be selling PARTIES
  • Responsible, this is a grown-up position and we do not want to micromanage
  • Well groomed, appropriately dressed and a polite and clear phone manner
  • Organised, with attention to detail and reporting skills
