Belong is seeking an experienced Village Nurse Manager to lead nursing and clinical provision within our new Birkdale village. This salaried leadership role is for a registered nurse who combines clinical knowledge with calm, confident team leadership to deliver safe, person-centred care.
Working with the General Manager and wider leadership team, you will drive clinical governance, quality assurance, staff development and day-to-day support for residents with nursing needs, shaping nursing.
