Belong is seeking a Night Care Assistant to join the Belong Birkdale team. You will provide high-quality personal care and emotional support to residents during night hours (10pm–8am), helping them feel safe, comfortable and valued throughout the night.
The role involves night-time routines, promoting dignity and independence, and working as part of a supportive household team. NVQ2 in Health & Social Care or Care Certificate is essential, with prior care experience preferred.
