Full-time role with flexibility across days/evenings/weekends based at Belong Didsbury with travel to other Belong sites as required.

As our Practice Development Facilitator, you’ll lead the design and delivery of impactful learning interventions including inductions, coach colleagues to embed best practice, and champion continuous improvement across our services. You’ll work closely with teams to ensure every colleague has the skills and knowledge to make sure that each customer receives exceptional, person-centred support aligned with their Life Plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging workshops and coaching to support colleague development.
  • Facilitate reflective practice and team learning to improve service quality.
  • Support performance reviews and career development pathways.
  • Evaluate the impact of learning interventions through audits, feedback, and observation.
  • Collaborate with managers and mentors to ensure robust inductions and ongoing support.
  • Promote safe, inclusive, and values-driven learning environments.

About You. You will have experience or qualifications to support the following statements:

  • I have proven experience in coaching, mentoring, and facilitating adult learning.
  • I have a strong understanding of performance management and reflective practice.
  • I have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • I already hold a Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
  • I have a qualification in coaching/assessing or teaching adult learners (or I am willing to work towards).
