Location: Didsbury – Palatine Road

Pay Rate: £15.45 per hour (minimum)

Shifts: Full Time Days and Weekends x 39 hours

As a Team Leader at Belong you will be responsible for providing professional leadership, coaching and development to a team of dedicated support workers. As well as being responsible for the medication on the household, ensuring accurate records are kept and that customers' plans are up to date. Through demonstrable experience you will have awareness that sometimes you may face challenges and as a result you will be excellent at planning both your time and team whilst remaining supportive to people's individual needs.

This is a fantastic role for someone who really cares about health and well-being in the people's later years. The right person will be an exceptional role model and will have an NVQ level 3 in Care (or be working toward); experience in a dementia care setting is preferred.
