Part time role for 16-20 hours per week to cover evenings and weekends. Belong are an innovative not for profit provider of person centred care for older people; specialising in dementia care. As we enter a period of growth and expansion there has never been a better time to join us! We have an exciting opportunity to join our team in Atherton.

What you will be doing… You’ll be working with a warm, friendly team as a Community carer. Working in the local community you can make a real impact to the lives of older people; giving them the support to continue to live independently in their own homes. You don’t need any specific experience or qualifications to become a carer with us, just a caring attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.

You will carry out a variety of duties including:

  • Personal care
  • Medication management
  • Meal prep
  • Dementia care
  • Shopping
  • Trips out

* DBS as per our terms and conditions. A full driving licence and access to a car is essential to this role.
