NOTE: Applicants must have a driving license and access to a car for this position – travel time will be paid.

This role is for 20-25 hours per week

Require flexible availability as will be required to cover a variety of hours from 7am to 10pm with alternating weekend and on call responsibility.

The Belong at Home domiciliary service delivers bespoke packages of care and support, whether in a customer’s home within the community or within one of our village apartments.

We’re now looking for a committed and compassionateSenior Community Support Workerto support day-to-day operations and empower the care team. This key role reports directly to the Team Leader and helps drive excellence across customer care, staff coordination, and service quality.

What You’ll Be Doing

Assist with service coordination, rotas, and admin
Review care plans, assess customer needs, and support independence
Be a visible role model for Belong’s values and high standards
Mentor support workers, conduct 1:1s and appraisals
Support and participate in community-based activities
Ensure compliance with safeguarding, medication and infection control

Delivery of care, companionship and empathy to our new @Home customers
Be part of theon-call rotaand provide flexible cover when needed

What We’re Looking For

A values-driven professional with experience and key qualification in care and support
Ability to lead, coach and inspire team members
Strong communication and assessment skills
Calm, organised, and confident in decision-making
A team player with a passion for people
Driving licence and access to a car (travel time paid)
Enhanced DBS will be required
