Be part of a warm, friendly team delivering person‑centred care for older people in Belong Chester.
Under the guidance of the Village Nurse Manager, you will support residents with night‑time and clinical needs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the health needs of all household customers and respond appropriately
- Manage medication
- Maintain written documentation, including risk assessments and life plans
- Support the team with personal care
- Contribute to clinical governance data and meetings
- Complete relevant nursing audits
- Provide holistic End of Life Care
