Overview

Be part of a warm, friendly team delivering person‑centred care for older people in Belong Chester.

Under the guidance of the Village Nurse Manager, you will support residents with night‑time and clinical needs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the health needs of all household customers and respond appropriately
  • Manage medication
  • Maintain written documentation, including risk assessments and life plans
  • Support the team with personal care
  • Contribute to clinical governance data and meetings
  • Complete relevant nursing audits
  • Provide holistic End of Life Care
