Belong Chester is seeking a Care Team Leader – Nights to run the day-to-day functions in one of our households with a warm, friendly team, delivering person-centred care to help older people live independently. You will hold an NVQ level 3 (or be willing to work towards) and will lead rotas, manage medications, supervise staff, and plan and adapt care plans for residents with dementia.
