Responsibilities: As a Team Leader at Belong you will be responsible for providing professional leadership, coaching and development to a team of dedicated support workers. You will also manage medication on the household, ensure accurate records are kept, and that customers’ plans are up to date. You will be skilled at planning both your time and your team’s while remaining supportive of each person’s individual needs. This is a fantastic role for someone who really cares about health and well‑being in people’s later years. The right candidate will be an exceptional role model and will have an NVQ Level 3 in Care (or be working toward it). Experience in a dementia care setting is preferred.
