You will be making a difference to the lives of older people who might be living with dementia or who need nursing support. You will need to use your clinical judgement to help customers improve, maintain or recover their health and wellbeing. As Nurse Manager you will provide leadership to the nursing team in the delivery of high quality, evidence based, person-centred care.
Responsibilities:
- You will be an RGN/RMN with significant nursing experience in a clinical or care environment supporting older people.
- Have a high standard of practice and the ability to lead a team with the right skill mix to deliver high quality care across the whole village.
- Be actively involved in developing and trialling innovative concepts, models, methods and practices which provide new and improved care services to meet the changing needs of the Belong community.
- Be a visible, positive and proactive role model for excellent person centred support and practice development for the nursing team.
