We deliver exceptional person-centred care in our village community styled homes, each serving an average of twelve residents. This role, suited to an experienced community-based nurse (RMN/RGN), offers a reduction in travel commitments.
About the role
- Assist the Lead Nurse in providing leadership and support to nursing and support teams, ensuring care is delivered safely, efficiently, and effectively, encouraging choice and independence and respecting each individual's privacy, dignity and lifestyle.
- Be accountable for customers assessed as requiring 24‑hour nursing care while maintaining a duty of care for all village customers.
- Provide nursing support that meets Belong standards, regulatory requirements, the ‘Compassion in Practice’ 6C’s, and adheres to the NMC Code of Conduct and the NMC Scope of Professional Practice.
- Cover a neighbouring village in the event of absence, sickness or annual leave.
About you
You are an experienced community-based nurse who will use clinical judgement to help customers improve, maintain or recover their health and wellbeing, delivering high-quality, evidence-based, person-centred care.
