We are Belong, we deliver exceptional care in our Village community styled home. We are a committed team who provide exceptional person-centred care to enrich our residents' lives, putting them at the heart of everything we do.
Our front of house team is an integral part of our villages, so we need the very best people at the helm, where you will provide excellent customer services that exceed expectations for all visitors. On top of excellent hospitality experience, our Receptionists will have a warm and friendly personality that people instantly connect with.
The Role
As you will be the first point of contact, you will be meeting and greeting all the visitors to the Village, taking phone calls, assisting medical professionals along with families and friends on their visits. You will need to ensure that all information is kept confidential and that the reception area is tidy at all times.
About you
You will have a positive outlook and be a naturally accommodating person. You should have the ability to work in a team, take direction, and the ability to work alone when needed. This role is varied, so you need to be adaptable.
