Belong Limited is seeking an experienced trainer, coach or care professional to join as Practice Development Facilitator in our Birkdale village.

You will design inductions, workshops and learning sessions, coaching colleagues to develop confidence and professional practice, and turn learning into meaningful improvements for those we support.

You will work with managers and mentors across services, observe practice, provide feedback and evaluate impact through audits.
