Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer South M25 £Competitive + 5% annual bonus Are you an experienced F-Gas qualified Air Conditioning Engineer who wants more than just another mobile engineering job? This is an opportunity to join a growing property services business and help build its air conditioning division from the ground up . You'll be working across commercial properties including dental surgeries, care homes and other converted residential premises, carrying out reactive repairs, servicing, surveys and quotations. As the department grows, there is a genuine opportunity to progress into a team management role and help build the team around you. You'll be involved in: Diagnosing and repairing air conditioning faults Reactive maintenance and servicing Surveying sites and preparing quotations for new and replacement systems Working on a variety of commercial AC systems Completing service and maintenance records Carrying out occasional general property maintenance work Helping develop processes and build the new AC department Progressing towards taking responsibility for a team as the department grows You'll be working independently in the field, so you'll need to be confident dealing with customers, diagnosing problems and getting the job done properly. We're looking for an experienced AC Engineer with: F-Gas qualification Strong experience in commercial air conditioning Installation, servicing and reactive fault-finding experience The ability to work independently Good customer-facing and communication skills A practical, flexible approach The willingness to get involved with general property maintenance when required An interest in progressing into a leadership or management position You don't need to be a property maintenance expert. What's important is that you're a good AC Engineer, practical, reliable and willing to get involved as the department develops.
