This is an opportunity to join a globally established multi $bn Real Estate Private Equity firm. The business is looking for a top-tier individual to come and work in a pure acquisitions capacity.

The Role

This position is focused on investment and in particular direct asset deals rather than corporate acquisitions. The firm is extremely well positioned and has raised capital in recent years with the intention to aggressively deploy across various asset classes and European geographies. The successful candidate will work closely with senior team members and assist with all deal execution related tasks. It is a commercial position with exposure to both internal and external stakeholders.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will have experience working in either a bank, fund, investment manager, or advisory business ideally with exposure to Real Estate transactions. They will be an accomplished financial modeller able to build complex structures independently. An interest in Real Estate is essential and the desire to be a successful future originator of deals.
