One of the world’s most recognised RE brands is looking to add to its established equity raising team in London. The group have advised on multiple £bn capital events in recent years and are looking to build on this success by adding an Associate Director to the team.
The role will be to add value to fundraising initiatives with a broad range of sophisticated stakeholders. You’ll operate across all major real estate asset classes and be part of a broader Corporate Finance/Investment Banking division within the organisation. The team raises capital from institutional LPs through structuring JVs, clubs, separate accounts, and fund vehicles.
The firm is looking for someone with pre-existing RE sector experience. They will have some level of grounding in technical analysis and will have a pre-existing modelling capability. This, however, is a front-office commercial position and the successful individual will have capital raising experience either from equity raising, investor relations, private placement, or sales. They will be able to produce the relevant documentation and marketing material involved in structuring fundraises and personality-wise, they will enjoy communicating directly with external stakeholders.
