Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior team members to source, underwrite, and execute real estate acquisitions across the DACH region.
  • Perform detailed financial modelling, scenario analysis, and cash flow forecasting for both asset-level and platform-level transactions.
  • Coordinate due diligence efforts, liaising with third-party consultants, legal advisors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop investment committee materials and present findings for internal decision-making.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of macroeconomic and real estate market dynamics across the DACH region and broader Europe.
  • Build and nurture relationships with brokers, developers, lenders, and operating partners to support deal sourcing and market intelligence.
  • Assist in structuring joint ventures, partnership agreements, and other transaction documents.
  • Monitor and manage a pipeline of prospective acquisitions, providing regular updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Several years of relevant experience in real estate acquisitions, investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or transaction services at a Big 4 firm.
  • Strong familiarity with European real estate markets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of other European languages is a plus (German not required).
  • Advanced Excel skills (especially real estate cash flow modelling) and proficiency in PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated track record in underwriting diverse real estate asset types including data centres, residential, logistics, industrial, and office.
