A leading global private investment firm with a long-standing track record in real estate and alternative assets is seeking to expand its European investment team. The platform is highly active across markets and asset classes, with a reputation for executing large, complex and opportunistic transactions.
Role Overview
This is an opportunity to join a pan-European acquisitions team in a highly execution-focused role. The position offers exposure to a broad range of real estate and real estate-related investments across multiple asset classes and strategies, including direct asset acquisitions, development opportunities, and corporate/platform transactions. The successful candidate will be deeply involved in end-to-end deal execution, working on large-scale, high-profile investments across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and lead transaction execution, from initial underwriting through to closing
- Coordinate due diligence processes across internal teams and external advisors
- Build and analyse complex financial models across a variety of deal types and structures
- Assist in structuring transactions and evaluating financing strategies
- Prepare investment materials for internal decision-making
- Engage in negotiations with counterparties alongside senior team members
Candidate Profile
- Candidates currently in a real estate-focused investment role with prior investment banking experience are particularly relevant
- Strong exposure to transaction execution is essential
- Experience working on large or complex deals is preferred
