Salary for this role is £90,000-£120,000 fixed + strong bonus
We are working with a leading European alternative investment manager looking to add an Associate to its established Real Estate Debt team in London.
This is a front-line investment role offering exposure across the full real estate debt investment lifecycle – origination, underwriting, execution and portfolio management – investing across the UK and Continental Europe.
The successful candidate will work on new investment opportunities across sectors including living, logistics and digital infrastructure, with responsibility spanning financial modelling, deal underwriting, risk analysis, investment committee materials, transaction execution and ongoing management of investments.
They are looking for candidates with:
- Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills
- A good understanding of real estate fundamentals and debt structures
- Transaction execution experience and strong commercial judgement
- Fluency in either French or German, alongside English
