Role sitting within one of the most respected names globally in REPE. The firm invests across multiple asset classes and strategies and have a fantastic reputation. They’re active across various European markets and are looking for a technically strong Analyst to join their Asset Management team. This will be multi asset class focused.

The firm are looking for a dynamic individual who will provide a pivotal role in driving their pan-European real estate equity strategy. The successful candidate will collaborate with the rest of the London-based Asset Management team to develop and execute business plans in line with the investment strategy.

This is a technical role and therefore, the successful candidate will have highly robust financial modelling skills and technical capability. They must be able to build complex structures from scratch and have demonstrable experience of doing this in their most recent role, which is most likely in a bank, fund or top-tier advisory platform. Due to the firm’s opportunistic risk profile, asset managers will work on tasks such as refurbishments, developments, bolt-on acquisitions, divestments and asset manipulation and due to this, they will need to be able to demonstrate the same level of technical acumen as the acquisitions team.
