We are looking for a Nursery Practitioner Level 3 to work in an exceptional Early Years setting in the Buckshaw Village area. The nursery is easily accessible and very close by the train station. This full-time, permanent role involves delivering high-quality care and early education to children, contributing to their learning, development and wellbeing.

We are looking for individuals who are warm, patient, and committed to making a positive difference in children’s lives during these most formative years. You will be expected to support all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and adapt your approach for children with additional needs.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Full and relevant DfE-recognised childcare qualification at Level 3 or above (e.g., NNEB, NVQ Level 3 in Childcare, Early Years Educator, or equivalent).
  • Current Paediatric First Aid certificate is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience within nursery or pre-school settings is highly valued.
  • Will be required to complete a DBS Enhanced Application or present a current DBS Certificate registered to the DBS Subscription Update Service.
