Good Afternoon, I am currently representing Westminster Council, who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3-6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience.

We are looking for a Leasehold Services Manager. This role will be based in SW1E6QP.

The right candidate will:

  • Lead, manage, and support the Leasehold Services Team, ensuring high performance and consistent service delivery.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and quality oversight to team members handling operational leasehold activities.
  • Manage and quality-assure responses to complex leasehold enquiries.
  • Oversee complaints handling, Member enquiries, and Ombudsman cases, ensuring responses are professional, timely, and compliant with policy.
  • Sublet and short-let management, Leaseback invoice processing & Service charge and major works billing documentation.
  • Collect service charge and major works income, ensuring income targets are met.
  • Ensure all interactions with residents, external agencies, and internal departments are handled professionally.

We require the following:

  • Prior experience working within the leasehold sector (essential).
  • Previous experience managing a small team (essential).
  • Experience handling complex leasehold enquiries and statutory processes.
