Good Afternoon,
I am currently representing Westminster Council, who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3-6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience.
The role will be hybrid based in SW1E6QP.
The right candidate will:
- Review and update existing Health & Safety policies, procedures and management systems
- Identify key risks, gaps and areas of duplication
- Define a proportionate ISO 45001-aligned framework suited to WCC
- Review and reset the Health & Safety engagement and communications approach
- Conduct a high-level training needs analysis
- Provide concise and accurate reporting to governance and leadership forums
We require the following:
- Demonstrable experience designing, reviewing or implementing ISO 45001-aligned systems
- Strong track record of improving Health & Safety management systems
- Experience driving Health & Safety engagement and cultural improvement
