Belmont Recruitment is seeking a Brokerage Administrator to support the Housing Solutions Team in the Middlesbrough area on a temporary basis.
The role is full-time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, initially for three months with a view to extend.
You will manage requests for interim and temporary accommodation, source placements, negotiate with providers, monitor vacancies and maintain records, and handle housing benefit claims.
