Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Telehandler Operator to join a Waste Management Company on an initial 3 month temporary contract.
This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a telehandler safely and efficiently in accordance with site rules and health and safety regulations.
- Load, unload and transport materials around site.
- Carry out daily pre-use inspections and basic maintenance checks on the vehicle.
- Ensure materials are stored and moved safely to the correct locations.
- Assist with general site duties where required.
- Report any defects, faults or safety concerns promptly.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area.
Essential Requirements
- Valid CPCS or NPORS Telehandler qualification.
- Previous experience operating a telehandler in an industrial, construction or waste management environment.
