Telecare Installer

Good Afternoon,

I am currently representing Lewisham Council, who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 12 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience.

We are looking for a Telecare Installer for the role located in SE137AF.

The right candidate will:

1. You will have experience of customer service to vulnerable people and have an aptitude for technology.
2. You will be working to a schedule of daily visits within the Lewisham borough to remove the existing analogue telecare device and install and test a new digital smart device.
3. You will have patience, empathy, and an ability to explain the service to the customer.
4. You will have the ability to learn quickly and have a basic understanding of the telecare service.
5. You will need to have access to your own vehicle, have business insurance to cover driving for work, and a clean driving licence.
