We are currently supporting an outstanding provider of children’s services in their search for a dedicated Team Leader. Join a rewarding team in Lancashire with the following permanent opportunity:

  • Location: Children’s Residential Home, Tarleton
  • Experience Preferred: NVQ Level 3 or 4 Children and Young People’s Workforce or equivalent; minimum 2 years’ experience supporting young people in a children’s residential setting. Full UK manual driving licence (preferred).
  • Role Overview: Lead and plan team activities on shift, supervise staff, and mentor new team members. Act as a key worker for young people, ensuring their medical, practical, physical, and emotional needs are met. Support children aged 8-17 from complex backgrounds with challenging behaviour and emotional behavioural difficulties (EBD) using a systemic therapeutic approach rooted in attachment theory. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high standards of care.
  • Salary & Benefits: £37,360 plus £60 sleep-in rate (2 on, 4 off shift pattern).
