Hybrid - SEND Project Manager - Suffolk Council

Salary: 365 Per Day

Hours: 37

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday

Role: 4 Months

Location: IP1 2BX

Job Details

Reporting to the SEND Reform Senior Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery plan for approximately 36 schools (primary and secondary) for Suffolk's pilot EAH offer. You will work alongside LA staff, Health staff, and Education settings. A clear plan has been established and you will be expected to:

  • Lead the day-to-day implementation and mobilisation of the EAH pilot across participating schools and settings.
  • Coordinate pilot school onboarding, briefing sessions, and implementation support, working alongside existing SEND, Specialist Education Service, Psychology, and engagement teams to ensure a coordinated offer to schools.
  • Ensure all 36 pilot schools are actively engaged and supported.
  • Successfully implement pilot launch arrangements for post-October half term delivery.
  • Establish benefits realisation and ISF in place for all settings, the locality, and county.
  • Ensure TAS arrangements are established and operating effectively.
  • Deliver programme milestones to time and quality.
  • Actively manage and report risks and issues.
  • Gather clear evidence to support evaluation, future decision-making, and wider rollout planning.
  • Establish strong operational foundations to enable a seamless handover to the permanent Local Authority postholder.
