An expanding children’s residential provider is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a home supporting young people affected by trauma, neglect and abuse, who may present with challenging behaviours.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the overall management and compliance of the home, ensuring high standards of care in line with legislation and the home’s Statement of Purpose.
  • The role includes leading and developing staff, overseeing recruitment and training, working with multi-agency partners and liaising with Ofsted.
  • Participation in the on-call rota is required.

Requirements:

  • Level 5 Diploma (or working towards)
  • Senior-level experience in children’s residential care
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
