An expanding children’s residential provider is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a home supporting young people affected by trauma, neglect and abuse, who may present with challenging behaviours.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the overall management and compliance of the home, ensuring high standards of care in line with legislation and the home’s Statement of Purpose.
- The role includes leading and developing staff, overseeing recruitment and training, working with multi-agency partners and liaising with Ofsted.
- Participation in the on-call rota is required.
Requirements:
- Level 5 Diploma (or working towards)
- Senior-level experience in children’s residential care
- Full UK driving licence
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
