CCDO Demolition Operatives - Red / Blue / Gold Card
Location: Stevenage, Hertfordshire (SG1)
Rate: Between £140 - £170 Per Day (DOE & card type)
Hours: 41 hours per week
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 18:00
Contract Length: 4 Months (with potential extensions)
We are currently recruiting CCDO Demolition Operatives holding Red, Blue or Gold Cards to work on a demolition project in Stevenage. The role will involve soft stripping buildings in preparation for demolition works, along with assisting in other site-related duties as required. There is potential for increased shift patterns and additional hours as the project progresses.
Key Responsibilities
- Soft strip and strip-out works in readiness for demolition
- Assisting with general demolition and site clearance duties
- Supporting site logistics, including banksman duties and wagon deliveries where required
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant working environment
- Following all site health & safety procedures
Requirements
- Valid CCDO Card (Red, Blue or Gold)
- Previous demolition or soft strip experience preferred
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
- Good understanding of site health & safety
- Reliability and strong work ethic
