Belmont Recruitment are currently seeking a Leaving Care Personal Advisor to join Wakefield Council on an initial 1-month temporary contract. The role is full-time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate will provide practical and emotional support to young people aged 16-25 who are leaving care, build positive relationships, develop and review Pathway Plans, advocate on behalf of the young people, and collaborate with partner agencies to ensure the best outcomes.
