We are recruiting for experienced Team Leaders to join EBD children's residential homes across the Stafford and Stoke-on-Trent areas. These roles are being offered on an initial temporary basis through the agency, with a view to permanent employment after a 3-month period.

The Role

  • Team Leader positions across multiple EBD homes in Stafford and Stoke areas
  • 2 on 4 off rota
  • Supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties
  • Ofsted regulated homes

The Package

  • Competitive hourly rate during the initial 3-month temporary period (with flexibility)
  • On conversion to permanent: £32,000 – £39,000 per annum (DOE)

Essential Requirements

  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) must be at least 50% complete — essential
  • Full UK driving licence — essential
  • Experienced Team Leader or Senior Support Worker from a children's residential background
  • Strong understanding of EBD and working with children with complex needs
  • Knowledge of Ofsted frameworks and safeguarding requirements
