We are seeking caring, resilient, and dedicated Children's Residential Support Workers to join our team in Sandon, Staffordshire. This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) within a safe, nurturing residential environment. These positions are not term-time only, offering the opportunity to work throughout the summer holidays also and all year round. The successful candidate will work closely with young people to support their daily routines, emotional wellbeing, education, and personal development while making a meaningful difference in their lives.

Duties

  • Support children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) in a residential care setting.
  • Assist with daily routines, personal development, and educational activities.
  • Provide emotional support and promote positive behaviour and wellbeing.
  • Build positive and trusting relationships with young people.
  • Support young people to develop social, communication, and life skills.
