We are currently recruiting for experienced and dedicated Residential Support Workers to join our Children’s Residential Service supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

Role Details

  • Full-time hours available
  • Shift pattern: 8am – 11pm sleep-in – 8am – 11pm
  • 2:1 support with young person
  • Male or Female applicants welcome
  • Driving licence essential

Essential Requirements

  • Level 3 Qualification in Children’s Residential Care (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 6 months’ experience working in a children’s residential setting
  • Experience supporting children and young people with EBD
  • Reliable, compassionate, and resilient approach
  • Ability to work flexible shift patterns
