We are currently recruiting for experienced and dedicated Residential Support Workers to join our Children’s Residential Service supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
Role Details
- Full-time hours available
- Shift pattern: 8am – 11pm sleep-in – 8am – 11pm
- 2:1 support with young person
- Male or Female applicants welcome
- Driving licence essential
Essential Requirements
- Level 3 Qualification in Children’s Residential Care (or equivalent)
- Minimum 6 months’ experience working in a children’s residential setting
- Experience supporting children and young people with EBD
- Reliable, compassionate, and resilient approach
- Ability to work flexible shift patterns
