Good Afternoon, I am currently representing Camden Council, who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3-6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience We are looking for a Smoke Alarm Monitoring Officer this role will be: NW5 3AP The right candidate will: * Testing Smoke Alarms LD3 system primarily located within communal areas of street properties * Installing Grade F smoke alarms LD3 system as and when necessary * Diagnose minor faults with smoke alarm equipment (not electrical) * Check and inspect communal areas within street properties and record findings * Immediately remove any items, which could cause an immediate risk of fire * This role involves significant use of stepladders and working at height We require the following: * Full UK driving license To discuss this opportunity further please send over an up-to-date CV and give me a call on (phone number removed) If you know someone who would be a good fit for the role, please send over their contact details and get in touch, as we do offer a generous referral fee.
