We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a 3-bed Harmful Sexual Behaviour (SHB) home in Bayston Hill, Shrewsbury. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role with on-call participation.

- 3-bed SHB residential home
- Young people aged 8–25
- Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm plus on-call rota

We Are Looking For
- 2+ years' supervisory or management experience in children's residential care
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding, Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and Ofsted frameworks
- Experience with trauma-informed and therapeutic care approaches
- Full UK driving licence
- Level 5 Leadership & Management (or willingness to work towards)
