Good Afternoon,
I am currently representing Lambeth Council who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3-6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience.
We are looking for a Service Operations Analyst. This role will be based at: SW2 1RW.
The right candidate will:
- Welcoming people to IT support
- Managing the queue of people waiting
- Assessing the issue the user presents
- Referring people to the appropriate supporting service
- Giving appropriate advice if the user needs the support of a team which is not immediately available
- Keeping the area clean, tidy and professional
- Ensuring there is appropriate signage and that peripheral availability signage is updated
- Fulfilling very basic requests such as the provision of headsets and mice
- Updating request tickets in our ITSM as appropriate.
- Contacting people who have provided a poor user experience score to investigate the detail.
- Liasing with the technical teams to get people seen as needed
- Accessing team calendars etc to check for people who have appointments
