Belmont Recruitment are seeking an experienced Placements Officer to work with our client on a temporary basis in Seaham. This three-month role is 37 hours per week and involves sourcing and securing suitable placements for children and young people, ensuring their needs are met.
You will work within the Children's Social Care team, coordinating with social workers, providers and commissioning colleagues to match placements, negotiate agreements and support effective placement planning.
