Belmont Recruitment are currently working with a Blackburn based Home Based Treatment team (HBTT) who are looking for a Band 6 RMN or Social Worker to join them on a contract basis.
Responsibilities
- Carry out risk assessment in the community
- Facilitate care plans for service users
- Knowledge of current mental health legislation/policy
- Act as gatekeeper
- Caseload management
- Capacity assessments
- Medication administration
- Signposting
The HBTT operate 24 hour/7 day a week service, hours are between 07:30 and 19:30.
Contract Details
- 3–6 month contract with potential extension opportunities.
- Pay rate: £24.00 – £40.00 per hour (depending on shift pattern)

- Qualified with the NMC to be considered for the position.
