Job Opportunity – Residential Care Worker Children’s Home (RCW) St Helens We are supporting an outstanding Children\’s Provider in their search for dedicated Residential Care Workers (RCW). Join a rewarding team in delivering high-quality care with the following opportunity: * Location: St Helens * Experience Preferred: Experience supporting young people in a children’s residential setting preferred; NVQ Level 3 Children and Young People’s Workforce or equivalent desirable. Full UK manual driving licence (essential). * Role Overview: Provide exceptional care to children and young people aged 0-16 with complex backgrounds, challenging behaviour, and emotional behavioural difficulties (EBD), using a systemic therapeutic approach. Responsibilities include supporting personal care, health, education, and recreational activities, promoting care plans (health, education, independence, social, emotional, and personal well-being), and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment. Maintain high standards of professional conduct, promote cultural and religious needs, and ensure compliance with organisational policies, health and safety standards, and data protection regulations.
