Good Afternoon, I am currently representing Southern Housing who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3-6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experienc We are looking for a Reporting & Insight Analyst this role will be based at: EC1M 5LA, 2 days in office, Tue/Thursday The right candidate will: Support the Reporting & Insight function within the Asset Information team, ensuring the delivery of accurate, timely and actionable reporting that supports regulatory compliance, operational performance and strategic decision-making. * Support the design, development and delivery of core asset data reports, including HHSRS, Decent Homes, PND, SDR and monthly/quarterly scorecards. * Maintain and update dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI, Excel and SQL), ensuring data is accurate, validated and up to date. * Assist in automating reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. * Prepare and distribute regular and ad hoc reports to internal stakeholders, ensuring outputs meet regulatory and internal standards. * Work with the Reporting & Insight Lead to translate complex data into clear, meaningful insights and visualisations. * Respond to reporting-related enquiries and provide support to colleagues and stakeholders. * Support data validation, reconciliation and quality assurance activities. We require the following: * Experience in data reporting, analysis or business intelligence, ideally within social housing or a regulated sector. * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and a good working knowledge of Power BI and SQL; experience with automation tools is desirable. * Understanding of regulatory reporting frameworks (e.g. Decent Homes, HHSRS and SDR) is an advantage. * Experience working with large datasets, data validation and reconciliation techniques.
